Service & Shipping

For orders delivered in The Netherlands that are ordered on weekdays before 16.00h will be delivered the next (week)day. When the item is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your link to track your delivery.

*Under normal conditions, your package will be delivered the next day. However, when shipping we depend on other parties therefore we cannot give a 100% guarantee for this. so we cannot 100% guarantee your order will be delivered the next day. We always strive for the best and fastest service so if your order is not delivered within 3 days, please contact us.

FREE DELIVERY FROM ORDER OVER €100

We offer free delivery for orders of €100 or more. This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands.

For international shipments the standard DHL rates apply.

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

After receiving your order you have 30 days to consider whether your order is to your liking. If this is not the case you can return or exchange it within 30 days, if the item is still in its original condition, not used and no damage what so ever. When the item is damaged we cannot give your money back. So please make sure when your order arrives, you check it immediately, for instance damaging the goods made by the Delivery Services.

We will refund the purchase price to your account within a maximum of 14 days. The return shipping costs are for the customer. Please make sure all returned items are properly packaged with the invoice attached and ship them with a traceable service that provides a Track & Trace. LUXURIOUS EYEWEAR is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Do you prefer to return your order in person at our warehouse? This is also possible at our warehouse in Holkerveen, The Netherlands. Please contact us if you wish to use this option, so we can make an appointment and provide you with our address.

Payments at LUXURIOUS EYEWEAR are made via Shopify and partners. They provide a secure connection during payment. We work with all the major payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Maestro, VISA and Mastercard to ensure a safe payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We regularly receive questions about international orders. Do we also ship abroad? Yes, definitely! :) You can easily order as you would in any other web store:

Just click the "checkout" button in your shopping cart. (1) Fill in all fields on the left and select your country of origin. (2) Shipping costs will be shown here. (3) Shows the available payment options, including PayPal and Credit Cards. (4) Confirm your order by clicking the 'place order' button, and a confirmation will be sent to you automatically. Customers from outside the European Union: please note that you may have to pay customs or import duties, which will be charged by the local customs authorities once the package reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by you, the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, Luxurious Eyewear has no control over these charges. We can't tell you what the exact cost could be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
